Breathe, breathe in the air
Don’t be afraid to care
Leave but don’t leave me
Look around and chose your own ground
For long you live and high you fly
And smiles you’ll give and tears you’ll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be

  1. I know!! Sometimes I catch myself beginning to experience feelings akin to anxiety, and all I have to do is concentrate on my breathing and a miracle happens. I wish I had found out this trick years ago. I made sure I showed it my boys!!
